Bring your presence into this place, Lord, Father. 

We are scattering without our Shepherd. 

Bring us together; you are the Author. 

We need a hand, thank God you’re our Helper. 

So turn the page and fill it with your words. 

Guide us toward your face and show us our paths. 

Care for us like how you care for the birds. 

Soiled in our sin; give us holy baths. 

Watch us as we become your reflection,

Let our words of kindness and mercy be yours. 

We’ll carry the cross, point its direction. 

Give us courage for the conflict and wars. 

Thanks for loving us when we shake and cry. 

One day, Lord, let us look you in the eye.
